The shipping cost depends on the weight, dimensions and the delivery address.


What are the delivery methods?

Delivery of the order placed via:

Saturday deliveries:
In order for the order to be shipped on Saturday, the order must be placed before 12:00 the previous day. The Logistics Department will verify whether such shipment is possible to the selected address. Delivery is carried out only to addresses compliant with the shipper's list (usually applies to large cities) and is possible only for parcels up to 31.5 kg (it is not possible to deliver pallets).

Each recipient should confirm in the presence of the courier:
- compliance of the number of parcels on the consignment note with the actual state,
- no external damage: securing tapes and packaging should be intact,
- no internal damage.
In the event of any inconsistencies, the recipient is obliged to prepare a "DAMAGE PROTOCOL" in the presence of the courier, and then send it to us, where it’ll be covered by an internal complaint procedure.
Proceedings other than those mentioned above may result in the rejection of the claim for damage to the goods in transport.

Is self-pickup possible?

Self-pickup at our company are carried out between 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., after prior arrangement and arranging for the pick-up of the equipment for a specific date.
Self-pickup is possible only on the basis of a personal authorization issued by the person authorized to represent the customer. The person may be asked to show an identity document. Refusal in this situation is associated with the inability to self-pickup. Granting the appropriate authorization is for the security of the transaction, it's in the interest of the customer.

The status of shipment
Each time, after the parcel is handed over to the shipper, the employees of the Logistics Dept send an e-mail with the number of the consignment note for the shipment.

Is it possible to deliver up to a specific time?

This depends on the place of delivery.

How is the goods packed for transport?
Our orders are secured with a packing tape with the MADU logo. In addition, we fully protect the equipment against damage. The equipment we send is always functional. Nevertheless, please verify the contents of the package in the presence of the courier.

What is the time to process the order?

What are the payment methods?

The amount due for the order can be paid in several ways:
- if you are a new customer, we will issue you a proforma invoice and ask for a prepayment by bank transfer;
- if you are our regular customer, you will receive an invoice with a specified payment date by bank transfer;
- if you need financing, we will help you submit a leasing application to one of our partners: mLeasing, Societe Generale, Impuls Leasing.
